Sony Alpha 350 DSLR?

Went to a Sony store here in Canada to check if they already have the A350. The salesman that I talked to said they don’t have it yet but the other sales guy said they already have in stock to the surprise of the guy i’m talking to. Immediately, he took the sealed box and said it’s kind of a promo stock. Then he started to offer me the camera+lens with 2G inside plus the Alpha 100 bag and extra battery pack all for $850. Is this a good deal?
